We appreciate
that some families are interested in full church services, while others prefer to keep it simple and are more suited to a direct cremation. No two funerals are the same.
All services that we provide are carried out with dignity to your loved one, ensuring that big or small, No service we offer is any less important than the other.
Our Services
- Full church services followed by a burial or cremation
- Graveside funeral services, held at your chosen cemetery
- Direct Cremations with no service. It is common for a direct cremation to take place and the family arrange their own memorial service, this makes it more cost effective for the family.
- At home personalised services, this can be for various religious reasons or can be done just to make it more comfortable for families
- Non-religious services and special request services. We understand that there is a gap in the funeral industry for a lot of people who are looking for a farewell that is outside of the norm, our staff are more than willing that discuss your requests and do the best to make them happen
- Small chapel services (religious or non-religious) followed by refreshments in our onsite chapel and kitchenette
- Baby & Child funeral services. Please note: Horsham & District Funerals have a ‘No funeral director charge’ for these services due to the highly sensitive nature. Families will only have to pay cemetery / cremation fees & funeral extras eg. (Flowers, newspaper notices etc.)
We Provide
- The arranging of venues, cemetery / cremation paper work and legalities, full death certificate applications, civil celebrants & a range of high quality coffins, caskets or urns
- The arranging of funeral extras such as Bookmarks, Order of Service, Memorial books and any other requests
- Arranging travel of the deceased from nursing homes, hospitals, other towns and states within Australia back into our care
- We allow families to assist us with the preparation of their loved ones, while we understand this certainly is not for everybody, we do think it is very special when we press play on your loved ones favourite music playlist and share memories while washing & dressing them in their favourite clothes
- The arranging of embalming if need be
- Recently we have introduced 'cost conscious' funeral packages; for families that would like a cost effective yet dignified funeral. These include a basic graveside funeral service, a cremation with a service or a direct cremation service. Please get in touch to discuss these options further
